Mike Vayda will be the After Church speaker on January 29. He will be talking about the work he and his family are doing in India, including their recent trip there.
The Everything Must Change Study Group will meet on January 31 at 7:00pm at the Vayda's (42 E. Lorain St. Right next to the Church).
On February 14 we will be helping with Family Promise at First Church. See Peggy Malone about how you can get involved with either helping prepare a meal, or help out with the kids. There are two training events coming up for folk who want to work directly with the families. January 28th 9:00 - 12:00 First Congregational Church UCC, 330 Second St., Elyria. RSVP by January 25th for this one. The second training is February 11th 11:00 - 2:00 First Church UCC, Oberlin in the JFO Room.
